PMA Private Membership Association

A Private Membership Association is men and woman collectively asserting and standing upon their unalienable constitutionally secured perfect rights; their un-delegated/reserved authority; their pre-existing claim to absolute authority and control over the health of their own body, mind and spirit and rights (hereinafter collectively referred to simply as “rights”) developed under the laws of the United States made in pursuance of The Constitution for the United States of America, 1789 CE, as amended and ratified by passage of The Bill of Rights in 1791 (hereinafter referred to as “the Constitution”). People that unanimously agree with the terms, conditions, obligations, provisions, principles and purpose set forth in a contract (hereinafter referred to as the “PMA contract”) and who refuse to apply for or accept any “public” statutory “entity” such as a corporation, LLC, foundation, partnership, social, fraternal, religious or other entity created by any local, municipal, city, county, state, the federal or any international governmental authority lawfully operating in The United States of America (hereinafter collectively referred to as “governmental authority”).

Accepting Credit Card Payments as a PMA

To apply for credit card processing using your PMA just apply through the link below. We have made the process easy and quick to help you get your processing as quick as possible.

Once your contract has been received complete and with all needed documents uploaded,  it will be submitted to underwriting. If underwriting has a need for more documents you will be notified and given instructions on what you need to gather and submit. NOTE: Your business must be processing $2000.00 or more a month in order to be approved. The same rule applies if you are a brand new business.

It's Simple And Easy to Apply

Online Gateway & Desktop Terminal:


3.2% and $0.30 a transaction. 

$30 a month account fee 

Cash Discounting & Zero Fee:

4% applied to the cardholders transaction only. 

$30 a month account fee

(no transaction fees for you the merchant)

IMPORTANT: You will need to upload 4 documents on page 2 of the contract. These are required and you cannot submit until they are are uploaded. The documents include:

1. Drivers License     2. Voided Check or Bank Letter

3. Bank Statements  4. Company PMA Articles 

Cash Discounting is available for PMA's that process $2,000.00 or more in credit cards monthly. 

This program allows you to place the 4% fee on the cardholder and you will pay zero transaction fees monthly. Your $30 monthly service fee is still applied. If you would like to take advantage of the cash just select "Apply Now" Under cash discount and complete form and upload documents.

Online Gateway, Countertop Credit Card Terminal And Mobile Readers:

Online Gateway: Select "Apply Now" and fill out the secure form. Our gateway has been designed with extra securities and total anonymity for your safety. We will reach out to you after submitting. Our gateway is included if you are taking payments online. (NOTE: You must make sure you website is not created with a company that has proprietary merchant services already included. Examples of some of these providers are Wix, Squarespace and Shopify. Websites created on wordpress or other html platforms work the best.) 

Counter Top Terminal: Select "Apply Now" and fill out the secure form. If you need a physical countertop credit card terminal they are available for you. Cost for a desktop terminal is a one time fee of $299.99 plus shipping. If you processes 10 thousand dollars a month or more you will receive a free terminal. Every terminal after the free terminal is $299.99.
